This article shows how to configure the IQC analysis with one side specification limit, so that MAS only triggers alarm for samples outside of the one sided specification limit.

How to configure IQC analysis with one side specification limit in Enterprise Manager?
Resolution
1. During the data configuration, specify the single variable that contains specification limit(lower/upper) and do not specify other limits types.
2. During the IQC analysis configuration, under SPC Characteristics|Characteristics|Specifications, check "Do not calculate Control limits for the X-chart" and "Do not calculate control limits for the R-chart" on the bottom.
