Description
A new sharing feature has been introduced from TIBCO Spotfire Web Player 7.0 version and it is known as Sharing on Twitter. You can find this icon at the top right side of the analysis file in the Web Player:
You can share your analysis file on Twitter by configuring the URL for Twitter and entering the Username and Password of your Twitter account. Below is the reference image:

If the Twitter URL is not already configured, then after clicking on the Twitter icon in the Web Player, a blank dialog box appears as below:
For Spotfire 7.0:
1) Open "Web.config" file present inside the installation directory of Spotfire Web Player 7.0.
2) Search for the "publicUrlForTwitterShares" tag.
For Spotfire 7.0:
1) Open "Web.config" file present inside the installation directory of Spotfire Web Player 7.0.
2) Search for the "publicUrlForTwitterShares" tag.
3) Enter a public Web Player URL as the value for the tag using the syntax shown here:
publicUrlForTwitterShares="http://X.X.X.X:8089/SpotfireWeb"
4) Restart your Spotfire Web Player application pool.

5) You can also hide/unhide the Twitter option by enabling/disabling the "showShareWithTwitter" tag.
For Spotfire 7.5 and above:
publicUrlForTwiterShares tag is not applicable/valid anymore from Spotfire 7.5 version and above. You will get the "showShareWithTwitter" tag inside the Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Web.config file for hide/unhide of the Twitter option.
For Spotfire 7.5 and above:
