1. Log on to Statistica Enterprise Manager.
2. On the View tab, select the "System View" check box.
3. In the tree view (the left pane of Enterprise Manager) expand the "User Administration" node.
4. Select the Users folder.
5. In the properties page (the right pane of Enterprise Manager) click the "New User" button.
In the tree view, a new child node is created in the Users folder. Options to set the properties of the new user are displayed in the properties page.
6. Enter a name and password.
7. To give administrator permission to this user, in the "Member of list", select the "Administrators" check box.
The Effective Permissions list is populated with all the permissions associated with the Administrators group.
8. Click the diskette icon at the upper-left of the UI to save the new user settings.
