TIBCO's Global Support team supports a large number of products with separate product group teams. When creating a case, you can help it get to the right team more quickly by selecting the appropriate product. For TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect and TIBCO Scribe Online, the name of the product is "TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect (Scribe)".
Resolution
When creating a case in the support system, if you want support with the Connect capability of TIBCO Cloud Integration or with TIBCO Scribe Online, on the Product Details tab, select "TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect (Scribe)" from the Product dropdown list.
If you are creating a case by making a call to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC), be sure to indicate that TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect or Scribe Online are the product you need help with.
