To refresh a dashboard only once per week (for example, remain in cache all week and update on Friday 10 AM), we need to create 2 schedules (one daily and one weekly) and 1 rule as described here: 1. Create a daily schedule - To maintain the analysis in cache all 7 days of the week for all 24 hours:  See "Creating a reusable schedule" in the References for detailed instructions.  2. Create a weekly schedule - To refresh the dashboard once per week (For example, on Friday 10 AM):  See "Creating a reusable schedule" in the References for detailed instructions. 

 3. Create a File Rule which uses both the schedules set up in Steps 1 and 2 above:  When creating the rule, select your file and select "Use saved schedule" and then, in the "Select schedule" dialog and select the schedules set up in Steps 1 and 2 above (along with any other desired rule settings).
