How to create an overlaid line plot in Statistica ?

Resolution

1. Open the data spreadsheet that contains the variables to be plotted. For the purpose of this article, Cyclone-2.sta is used from Home >> Open Examples >>Datasets 

2. Select the graphs tab and then select Line plot from the common set of graphs or 'Line Plots (Variables)'  from the 2D drop down list.

3. Click on the 'Variables' button and choose the variables to be plotted.

4. Choose the 'Graph type' to be 'Multiple'

5.  On the 'Categorized' tab, select the layout to be 'Overlaid'

6. Click on OK to produce the overlaid line plot.

Output

NOTE : The same results can be achieved in a workspace with the 2D Line Plots node.
