1. Go to Taskbar.
2. Right-click on Taskbar and click on Task Manager.
3. On the Processes tab, Right click on the Statistica application and click on Create Dump File.
4. Once you click on the create dump file, a file will be generated with the path of where it is saved:
5. Go the location and send the file (statist.DMP) to the support team to investigate.
Note: The statist.DMP file may be vary large. If so, compress the file (right-click>>Send To>>Compressed (zipped) folder). Then upload the file to the case at
https://support.tibco.com If there isn't a case already created, please create and submit a case.
