Description
TIBCO Operation Intelligence is require Sunec LGPL Software Assembly to use SSL/TLS functionality. During installation of product Universal Installer will automatically download required Sunec LGPL assembly by connecting to TIBCO servers and completes the installation successfully.
For some reason, customers might not have access to the internet while installing TIBCO Operational Intelligence Agent. In this case Universal Installer not able to download assemblies and installation fails.

Download the require Sunec LGPL Software Assembly ZIP file from a device able to access the internet as follows:
For windows:
http://public.tibco.com/pub/tibco_oss/sunec/product_tibco_sunec_11.0.7.008_win_x86_64.zip
For Linux:
http://public.tibco.com/pub/tibco_oss/sunec/product_tibco_sunec_11.0.7.008_linux_x86_64.zip
Once you download assemblies, place the archive in temp directory where you have extracted TIBCO Operational Intelligence Agent installer and start installation.

For Linux:
