Spotfire Analyst (Portable) can be downloaded from http://edelivery.tibco.com. Make sure you have valid credentials and right permissions for download.
NOTE - The Portable client is not available for version 7.11.x, you can download the 10.3.x and connect using the 10.3.x portable to 7.11.x Server. This will update the Portable client to 7.11.x version
