Engineering Builds or Customer-specific fixes can be downloaded directly from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI.
Resolution
Customer Specific Hot-fixes or Engineering builds can be downloaded with the following steps :
1. Login to the TIBCO Support Customer Portal
2. Click on Downloads drop down menu and select Hotfixes
3. Engineering Builds or Customer-specific hotfixes are available under My Company Hotfixes​ as shown below :
