The user wants to embed data from data sources in a workspace (mostly from Enterprise) so that the workspace can be shared with somebody who does not have access to Enterprise Manager
Issue/Introduction
How to embed a document in a workspace?
Resolution
To embed a document of a node in a workspace, first run the Enterprise data configuration or Import excel node and then right click on the node and enable the option to "Embed document on Save".
The workspace can then be saved to any folder of the user's choice and the spreadsheet that results from running the node will be embedded in the node where this option is enabled.
