SOLUTION 1:
If the user is seeing the error from a browser on the Application server itself and the client then :
1. Open Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services and check the status of the Statistica Network Analytics Service and Statistica Orient DB
2. If the services are not started, start the same.
SOLUTION 2:
If the user can login to network analytics from the server but not from a client machine then :
1. On the browser - Click on F12 or click on Developer tools from Browser Options.
2. Click on the 'Application' Tab and change the Local Storage URLS to "http://[ServerName]:2480" and "http://{Servername]:8686"
3. Close the Browser tools
