Issue/Introduction
How to monitor the ERROR state of the BW application using the hawk rulebase
Resolution
1. You can use the Method: getComponentInstanceStatus to check the status of the application. This method return the 3 vaules (RUNNING, STOPPED, ERROR)
2. You can use this method in the Data Source in the rulebase.(Please see the attached screenshot MonitorERRORStateOfApplication.png for more information)
3. Then select the state of component equals "ERROR".
4. Last is the Action Editor you can give the any error message in this as per your requirement.
Please see the attached sample rulebase "MonitorERRORStateOfApplication.hrb" file for testing purpose. You can change the "Deployment" and "Component Instance" as per your application in the rulebase.
