How to perform posthoc pairwise comparison in One-Way ANOVA?
Resolution
1. Browse to Statistics | ANOVA, select One-Way Anova, click OK.
2. Click on "Variables" and "Factor codes" to specify dependent variables and categorical group variable. Multiple dependent variables can be selected for one-way ANOVA. Click OK.
3. Click on More Results" in the one-way Anova result dialog.
4. Click on "Post-hoc" tab, where you can choose your dependent variables and the various post hoc multiple test correction method.
5. Example result as follow:
The values shown in above table are the p-values for each pair comparison of the 4 groups on a dependent variable.
