Can the trial version be re-installed (or re-licensed)?
Issue/Introduction
This article discusses how to re-install a trial version of Statistica and why this would be necessary.
Environment
Windows operating systems only.
Resolution
Users of the trial should be able to uninstall/reinstall the trial at any time within initial trial period. However, only time that is left of the original time will be available. For instance, if user has a 30 day trial and trial version is uninstall/reinstall on day 20, user will only get a license file for the 10 days that was left on trial period. If there was no time left in the trial period, the registration will be refused and user will not be allowed to reinstall
License files are only generated and applied (automatically) during a trial install. If the Statistica trial ends and the user wishes to install and use the trial again, contact sales.
