When we make any changes to different Perspectives in StreamBase Studio, sometimes we lose the ability to see some views like the Console view. We try to display the Console view by opening it using Windows -> Show View -> Console, but it does not appear.

Resolution
To view all the perspectives as they were after installation, reset all the perspectives using one of the following procedures. The first procedure resets the perspectives within Studio. The second procedure resets the perspectives outside of Studio by removing all customizations.
Please follow the below steps to reset all the perspectives:
A. To reset the perspective settings inside the studio, Go to the Window tab -> perspective ->click on "reset Perspective.." -> click "yes" to make it default.
B. Steps to reset the perspective settings outside Studio.
WARNING: Please be aware that the following steps reset ALL user setting changes in StreamBase Studio to their installation default values. After this change, you will need to re-apply any setting changes you may have made.
1. Stop Studio
2. Delete the n.m folders for the respective StreamBase version and the below AppData folder is for the 10.4 version of StreamBase as an example.
You can traverse to the AppData folder by opening the Window Explorer and browse to %APPDATA% by placing that in the folder address field, then click on the AppData folder in the address field and browse to "AppData\Local\TIBCO Software Inc\StreamBase\AppData\sbstudio\10.4"
3. Start the Studio (Re-creates the folder with defaults)
After the steps are followed, all the perspectives in Studio should be available. Correct any settings which need to be customized.
