I am getting following error message while transacting with trading partner over SSHFTP

500. StatusMsg from Transport is: SshMgr: Authentication methods have been exhausted: publickey [17]

This error can happen if you are using sn incorrect ssh private key for BC. Please check that the Business agreement "Client Authentication Identity for SSHFTP" field is correctly set, and your trading partner's ssh server has the public key corresponding to your private key in their ".ssh/authorized_keys" file. You can use tge sample keys provided with BusinessConnect installation as a test.
