When attempting to open Statistica via Citrix Xenapp 6.5, the following error appears:

"An error occurred when making the requested connection."fd

Issue/Introduction

This article discusses the error when attempting to open Statistica via Citrix Xenapp.

Environment

Windows operating systems. Citrix Xenapp 6.5 and higher. Statistica 13.1 and higher.

Resolution

SOLUTION ONE (Citrix issue)
