Prerequisites: 1. Access to SDMS Server
2. System administrator permissions on SDMS
Resolution: 1. Login to SDMS Server and launch the SDMS Administration tool with credentials that has System Administrator permissions in SDMS.
2. On the left hand tree, navigate to Users and Groups>>Users. Find the disabled user and right click on the user's name and select Properties. Uncheck the "Account is disabled" as shown below
3. Close the SDMS administration tool. The SDMS user who was seeing the error will no longer see the error.
