How to resolve Unable to load resource errors in TIBCO Cloud API Management-Local Edition's Configuration Manager UI

Configuration manager UI is sometimes unable to load a resource or page and returns the below error:
Unable to load resource. Contact your Administrator
 

Environment

All Supported Platforms

Resolution

Execute the below four commands inside the CM pod/container:
1. service mlconfig stop
2. service pxrt stop
3. service pxrt start
4. service mlconfig start
5. exit
Then try logging in to UI and check.

Redeploying the CM pod/container also resolve the issue.

This article helps to resolve intermittent "Unable to load resource and contact your administrator"error in Configuration Manager UI in an Untethered APIM-LE
