Chrome and IE Chrome and IE uses the same setting.Launch Control Panel>>Network and Internet >>Internet Options on Windows or click on the cog wheel (settings) in Internet Explorer>>Internet Options>>Security tab . Pick Local intranet and tone down the Allowed Level to Medium-Low and/or click on "Custom Level" and Scroll to the last Security Setting >>User Authentication and select "Automatic logon with current user name and password"
Restart the IE or Chrome browser and click on Windows Login on the WebStatistica URL : http://[Servername]/webstatistica
Firefox: Open Firefox. In the address bar, enter about:config. Click Accept the Risk and Continue.
In the Filter field, enter network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris. Double-click the Preference Name listed (network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris).
In the Enter string value window, enter a comma-separated list of the URLs of the WebStatistica Server(s) to which you want to enable AD access, as shown in the following: http://[WebStatistica Server1],http://[WebStatistica Server2]
Click OK. If needed, restart Firefox for this configuration to take effect.
IIS Authentication If the Browser settings do not make a difference after the restart, login to the WebStatistica Server as a user with Administrator credentials
Launch Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager and navigate to Sites>>WebStatistica>> Authentication
Ensure that Anonymous Authentication and Windows Authentication is Enabled. If this was not enabled, enable and then start an Administrative Command prompt and execute iisreset.
Attempt to login to Webstatistica with Windows login credentials after the change.
