How to resolve "connection refused" issue while launching Deployment Manager?

Description

When Deployment Manager is accessed through any browser, users may see the below error

"This site can't be reached : Connection Refused".

 

Issue/Introduction

This article describes what are the reasons for "connection refused" error while using deployment manager and how to resolve it.

Environment

All supported operating systems.

Resolution

Note: Before proceeding further, ensurer all the TDV services are running properly. If they are and this error is still displayed , follow the steps below

Note:  TDV Deployment Manager always uses " https " connection to connect to server.

1. Open TDV Studio and navigate to Administration--> Configuration--> Server--> Web Service Interface--> Communications-->HTTP/S-->Enabled

2. If the value for the above configuration is set to "False" then change this value to "True" and Click on Apply.

3.  Reload the Deployment Manager page and test
