Description

Problems with graph points or markers displaying in Statistica graph output. For example,  displaying point markers in scatter plots.  

Issue/Introduction

This article details how to resolve graphing issues when using Statistica on a Mac via Parallels Desktop.

Environment

Virtual OS must be Windows 7 or above.

Resolution

1. Open the graph that you are using, then click on the 'Home tab from the ribbon menu and choose Options

2. In here, drop down the Graphs node from the left hand side

3. Under graphs, select Rendering

4. You want to click 'Enable advanced graphics rendering' and then deselect 'Use hardware graphics acceleration (Direct2D) when supported':

5.  Click the OK button to save changed. 

The graph should now render as expected.
