Enabling ssl-handshake logging helps identify the exact error during the handshake.
Instructions for these are in the Article#19228.
However when the Target is a public website like "www.google.com", APIX should be setup with the complete chain of certs in the truststore and these certificates should be updated regularly, based on the expiration dates of the current ones.
