The error is attributed to an installation issue of SAP Plug-in version 8.2.0. It is crucial that the old SAP Plug-in version 8.1.1 must be completely uninstalled before installing version 8.2.0.

When uninstalling the old version 8.1.1 and installing the new version 8.2.0, please make sure none of the folders in TIBCO Home directory is opened by Windows File Explorer otherwise the uninstallation/installation may not proceed successfully.

Both 8.1.1 uninstallation and 8.2.0 installation are recommended to be implemented through TIBCO BusinessStudio. When installing 8.2.0 on TIBCO BusinessStudio, the p2 installer ( TIB_bwpluginsap_8.2.0_p2installer.zip ) must be used.
