Description: This article shows how to schedule execution of Enterprise Analysis or Report in WebStatistica.
1. In WebStatistica, expand "Enterprise" tab, select "Scheduler". The Analysis Configurations and Reports that are available in Statistica Enterprise are listed on the Scheduler dialog for selection. Expand the folders and choose the Analysis or Report of interest. Here take a Report as example for illustration.
2. Click "Next". Below dialog appears asking user to choose how to save the report document, either creating PDF file to be stored in WebStatistica Repository or Performing the actions that have been configured for this report in Statistica Enterprise. For example, in below figure, Statistica Enterprise has set to save the report to a file share with the following report name(e.g. C:\ReportShare\Example_SPC Charts with Alarming Report.pdf):
3. Click "Next". Below dialog appears for user to give a task name and set the "schedule type" to execute the report Daily, Weekly Monthly or one time only. Here we use "one time only" as example:
4. Click "Next". Below dialog appears for user to specify when to start to execute the report (Start Time and Date):
5. Click "Next". Below dialog appears for user to specify the start Date, End date, frequency and duration of the execution task:
6. Click "Next". Below dialog appears asking for Enterprise user authentication to run the task:
7. Click "Finish". Below dialog appears summarizing the task scheduling information. The task will start automatically based on the scheduling info user has set in above steps.
8. Click "Refresh", above task summary dialog will update the status of the current task. For example, Last execution time, and Next execution time of the task:

The report document generated will be automatically saved according to the settings chosen in above step 2. In the example, the 1) Report Viewer show the WebStatistica Enterprise Reports and 2) via a pdf saved to the shared folder C:\ReportShare.
