There might be some developers who request the deletion of their account from Developer Portal. There is an option to self serve themselves through Developer Portal
Resolution
There might be some developers who request the deletion of their account from Developer Portal. While Admins can do this for developers but there is an option to self serve themselves by following simple steps
1. Log in to the developer portal for the area where you like to remove your membership
2. Click on My Account
3. Click on Manage Account
4. You should see an option Remove Membership from <AREANAME>
5. Clicking that option should self serve the deletion of developer from that area
