Resolution
The WQ_SORT_ITEM will allow you to change the work queue list to by default sort by Queue Description. This uses ASCII sort order which is: Space, Period, UpperCase, Underscore, LowerCase Add the WQ_SORT_ITEM entry in the SWDIR/etc/staffcfg file to sort by Queue Description as follows:- STAFF WQ_SORT_ITEM,1 ; WQs sort by Queue Description
