Resolution
1. In Statistica Enterprise Manager or MAS Dashboard viewer, go to the dashboard you created for MAS alarming tasks, click on "Acknowledge Alarms" in the Enterprise ribbon bar menu. Alternatively, you can right click on the dashboard and select "Acknowledge alarms"
2. The "Alarms" dialog will open, check the option "Show acknowledged alarms" at the lower left corner of the dialog. The alarms that have already been acknowledged previously will be shown in the list.
