Resolution
1. To tune tree options, select the ”Advanced“” Tab during the analysis configuration process and change those parameters if the default value is not your preference.
2. To request tree graphs, enter the Start and End tree numbers in the middle section (highlighted) and click "Tree graphs".
Note: Click "?" on top right of the dialog to access e-manual of explaining options in the corresponding dialog.
