Description
There is an issue when TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for Workday 6.0.1 Hotfix 1 is installed and the user wants to uninstall TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for Workday 6.0.1 Hotfix 1 and/or TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for Workday 6.0.1.
Due to the issue, the workaround below will uninstall both Hotfix 1 and the base installer. There is no option to uninstall just Hotfix 1.

Resolution
Change directory to TIBCO_HOME/tools/universal_installer
Run TIBCOUniversalInstaller executable with -V skipDependencyChecks="true" option on command line, perform a custom uninstall, and select both entries for Workday plugin of the same name:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for Workday 6.0.1
TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for Workday 6.0.1
If you have other hotfixes installed for TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for Workday 6.0.1, those will also need to be selected.
Once the uninstallation is completed,
run the TIBCOUniversalInstaller executable again with no options and select to uninstall the following:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for Workday 6.0.1
