Description
If a user with a superadmin account locked his account, e.g. User tried to connect to the Web Console with a wrong password, you must unlock it via the SMPConfig. The other accounts can be unlocked via the Web Console.
1. To unlock the superadmin account, connect to your SEM Appliance as root using SSH. su to admin and you will connect to SMPConfig.

2. Go to Main menu -> SMP Administration ->Web console superadmin accounts management-> Unlock accounts
