Description
The certificates used for the EMS instances in appliance will be expired. Customer needs to upgrade the certs.
Issue/Introduction
The certificates used for the EMS instances in appliance is expired after several years. Customer needs to upgrade the certs.
Resolution
Below are the steps to upgrade the certs:
1. Customer need to renew the certificates by themselves.
2. Upload the certs to the folder "/instance-0/certs" and "/instance-1/certs" using tibfile user.
3. Login using tibadm user and run the below command to import the new certs to EMS instances.

import 1 certs
4. If the certs file name and password of the private key are changed, please also change the configuration from EMSCA.
5. Restart the standby EMS instances first and then active instances.
6. Run restore-primary-active to switch the active instance back.
