Resolution

1. Launch Performance Monitor on the Live Score server either by typing Performance Monitor in the Windows search or by going to Control Panel | Administrative tools | Performance Monitor
2. Click on Data Collector Sets and then choose User Defined. Right click and choose New | Data Collector Set 
3. Name the Data Collector Set appropriately and choose Create manually (Advanced) option.Click Next

4. Choose Create data logs and select Performance counter. Click Next.

5. Click on Add for the performance counter .
6. From the list of available counters choose all counters under Live Score and click on Add. Then click OK.

7. Choose an appropriate sample interval and click Finish. Note that  "msec/Request" is "Average time per request (in milliseconds, over sampling interval)", and sampling interval is user-controlled. So e.g. if the values are collected every 15 seconds, then it will be an average for each 15 second interval logged.

8. Start the Data Collector set by clicking on the green triangle or by right clicking and starting the Data Collector.

9. Double click on Data Collector name to open Properties. Click on the File tab. The file listed in output will open in Performance monitor and show the collected metrics.

   The output binary file can be opened using Performance monitor and will need admin privileges on the server.
