I started rvd with -reliability 0, Why did I still noticed RV message retransmission

Description
There are two reliability windows-- multicast and PTP. multicast reliability window can be reset by rvd reliability option.
FTP reliability window is hard coded. There are ACK/ACKME messages for PTP transmission. If the PTP message receiver rvd did not response ACKME message for 6 times(timer controlled), PTP sender rvd will clean the buffer.
Issue/Introduction
I started rvd with -reliability 0, Why did I still noticed RV message retransmission
