Description
Stepwise model builder-linear regression, after drilling down into variable in Marginal Results Table, there are options Residual Plot w/o variable and Residual Plot w/ Variable in Choose plot section. This article explains the difference between those two options.

Resolution
The marginal table (highlighted in blue) at top displays estimated the respective results of each individual variable if adding it to the current model.
The model table at bottom(highlighted in red) displays estimated results of independent variables that are currently in the model.
The drill down options for the variable in marginal table:
Residual Plot w/ Variable refers to the updated model after adding the variable selected in marginal table.
