Description
Cloud customers can request that specific URLs be whitelisted so that they appear under "Image from URL", but they must be cloud-based repositories.
Resolution
For security reasons Cloud customers cannot whitelist a local drive (file://), they must use an http(s):// URL.
Issue/Introduction
TIBCO Spotfire Cloud customers cannot use a local drive for images
