Description
"Enable node metadata cache" is a new feature introduced in Spotfire Statistica version 14.1 and 14.2.
- This feature can be found at location Options - Workspaces - Enable node metadata cache.
- This feature is also visible when we click on Node Browser--->Options:

Option Explanation
1. Enabling node metadata cache helps to open the Workspace more speedily.
2. Enables saving of workspace ribbon bar information to a single file rather than loading the needed information from every workspace node. (file location C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\StatSoft\STATISTICA\14.x.x.x.x)
3. If the user makes changes to any of the workspace node .dmi files, the user can clear the node browser cache manually ( Node Browser-->Options):
