TIBCO Scribe has discovered a defect that affects upgrading from SalesLogix Adapter v7.7.0 (only) to a later version. Perform the following procedure prior to upgrading to the latest adapter version:
- Prior to upgrading from SalesLogix Adapter v7.7.0, stop all Scribe Services and programs.
- Uninstall SalesLogix Adapter v7.7.0.
- Run a Repair of Insight. Go to the Windows Control Panel's "Programs and Features", double-click the "TIBCO Scribe Insight" entry, and select the Repair option.
- Proceed with the upgrade to the later version of Insight and the SalesLogix Adapter.
