Installation keys must match installer type for Statistica 8 through Statistica 12.7

Description
Cause: Installation keys are designed specifically for certain versions of Statistica. If these keys are matched with a different version of Statistica than what they were created for, installation will fail.
Note: Beginning with Statistica 13.0, keys can now be used with other minor versions, e.g., 13.0 keys will work to install 13.1.

Please follow these steps to insure the correct version is downloaded:
1. Check the order fulfillment email sent to you after your order was completed. These are only sent via email and are not loaded into any TIBCO Support Portal account.
2. The fulfillment email will show the version number.
Note: For single user desktop installs (now known as Desktop Professional), the serial number will determine what version to download and install. For example, serial numbers ending in A125-x are to install Statistica 12.5 and 12.5 SP1. Serial numbers ending in A12 or B12 will install Statistica 12, 12 SP1, SP2, SP3, or 12.0A. Serial numbers ending in 126 will install Statistica 12.6. Also, version were specific by language so install keys created for English will not install a Japanese version of Statistica. However, in contradistinction, serial numbers ending in 132 or 133 were generated during the release of 13.2 and 13.3, respectively, but as mentioned in the note above, they will install any version of 13 in any available language.
3. Download the correct version of Statistica to install successfully.
