Description
Installing TIBCO Data Virtualization 32 bit ODBC driver fails with the following error message:
"Could not copy file Composite70.dll to C:\windows\system32\composite70.dll. Please check if the file is being in use by another application."

Issue/Introduction
Resolution
After downloading the drivers, execute the below steps:
1. Right-click on the driver installer folder -> Select 'Properties' -> Locate the 'Security' property under the 'General' tab.
2. Enable the 'Unblock' flag and click on 'Apply'.

3. Check if all the .dll and .txt files within the installer are unblocked. If not, then perform step (1) and (2) for the respective files.
4. Run the installer to verify.
