Unable to run the iProcess Technology Plug-in installer on Windows.
The following error is displayed:

Invalid media location error when running the iProcess Technology Plug-in installer on Windows
Environment
TIBCO iProcess Technology Plug-ins (Windows) - all versions
TIBCO iProcess Workspace Plug-ins (Windows) - all versions
Resolution
The error indicates that the installer is in a path / location that includes special characters, this includes the characters “_”, “-“ and “.”
For example:
e:\software\ipe_dist\TIB_ip-tech-pi_11.7.0_win_x86
Rename the path/location to the installer so the path only includes alphanumeric characters.
For example:
e:\software\ipedist\iptp1170
Run the installer from the renamed location.
The issue affects the installers for:
TIBCO iProcess Technology Plug-in (Windows)
TIBCO iProcess Workspace Plug-in (Windows)
For example:
e:\software\ipe_dist\TIB_ip-tech-pi_11.7.0_win_x86
