Is it possible to safely remove the admin privileges of the "admin" group in TIBCO Data Virtualization?
Resolution
No, the admin rights of "admin" group cannot be removed in TDV.
1. When we try to remove it from the Web Manager, it will result in the following warning:
NotAllowed: It is not legal to update annotation or rights for group "admin" in domain "composite"
Note: The privilege boxes for "admin" user in TDV Studio are non-selectable depicting that these values are unchangeable.
