Within TIBCO Nimbus V 10.0 It was not possible to add Contributors as Document owners in the Web Server.

It is not possible to add Contributors as Document owners in the Web Server.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in the TIBCO Nimbus V 10.1 Release
