When JSViz custom packages have been deployed to the server but still inside the Spotfire Analyst/Web Player/Automation service, below message appears: A JavaScript Visualization is missing since you do not have the required add-in installed. Issue/Introduction
JSViz is not getting displayed and throws a message:" A JavaScript Visualization is missing since you do not have the required add-in installed."

Resolution
Below are the possible steps to resolve this issue:
For Spotfire Server: Check the deployment area name in which the JSViz custom packages have been deployed. Make sure that the deployed custom packages have been saved successfully.
For Spotfire Analyst: After successfully deploying JSViz packages, update the Spotfire Analyst by connecting to the desired Spotfire server and make sure that you are connecting to the same deployment area to which JSViz custom packages have been deployed.
You can also verify the Modules folder of Spotfire Analyst/Client installation directory whether it contains JSViz packages or not.
For Web Player/Automation: After deploying the JSViz custom package, you need to update the corresponding service as well. Below are the steps:
1. Login to the Spotfire Admin UI using the administrator account 2. Browse to "Nodes & Services", select the updated node and click "Update Service" option.
