Workaround
1) Open {TIBCO_HOME}/adapter/adpsft8/6.1/bin/adpsft8.tra file.
2) Modify entry "tibco.env.STD_CP_EXT" with %TPCL_HOME%/lib as first entry:
3) Restart your adapter for the above effect to take place.
