If your LDAP accounts do not appear to be syncing correctly , in the first instance you should check your LDAP log file which can be found here:

LDAP Sync Error - Duplicate Key in TIBCO Nimbus
Resolution
If you find that you have an error relating to a duplicate key, please raise a case with TIBCO Support, and include the following:
- A copy of your PR\Users folder
- A copy of your LDAP log file
