There are a couple of configurations in the manager which allow you to specify which managers the specific drivers can connect to.  These configurations can be altered if you get the following error message: 

Info: LoginPlugin Failed login on http://my-director:8000/livecluster/director/PublicDriverChannel, error Login is not allowed at this time

There are three general locations to check if the driver is not allowed to connect to the broker: 

Under the Driver Profiles page, check the allowedBrokers property to make sure that the Profile for the driver is allowed on the broker in question if there is a profile associated with this driver. 

Under the Broker Routing page, select the broker in that you are attempting to connect to and verify that the driver meets all criteria that have been selected in the Driver Properties section. 
 

Under the User Role page, check the role that is associated with the user that the driver is using to connect with, and check the "Manager List" to verify that the Broker in question is allowed to be connected to.
