To resolve the above error:
1) Remote into the MAS server as user with Administrator permissions
2) Open Command prompt as an Administrator ( Right click the command prompt shortcut and select “Run as Administrator")
3) Change the directory to Statistica Install directory ( For example: cd D:\Program Files\Statistica\Statistica 13)
4) Run this command : Regsvr32 wb9ent64.ocx
5) Restart the MAS service
