Description

After installing Mashery Local the user has to register the instance using a key and secret that corresponds to a particular area. During the registration process the user may see the issue as shown in the following screenshot.

Issue/Introduction

This article provides solution for a Mashery Local installation issue.

Resolution

This issue occurs because of DNS configuration problem. The user should check whether DNS is properly configured for the Mashery Local instance. Once the DNS issue is resolved the registration process should be restarted.
